2026 has been a benchmark year for Jon Bernthal, whose name is attached to several of the biggest movies and TV shows of the entire year. Bernthal kicked things off by starring in streaming projects like His & Hers and The Punisher: One Last Kill, but it wasn’t until the month of July that he unleashed his talent onto the big screen with a pair of $1 billion blockbusters. Bernthal stars as Menelaus in Christopher Nolan’s latest historical epic, The Odyssey, alongside Tom Holland and Matt Damon. He also reprised his role as Frank Castle opposite Holland and Zendaya in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which has already cleared $2 billion at the box office with more coming in every day. These projects don’t even include his return in the final season of The Bear and the prequel episode, “Gary.”
